Steve

After establishing Eagle Protect as an industry leader in New Zealand (2006), Steve relocated with his family to the US in January 2016 and launched Eagle Protect PBC, bringing Eagle's values of providing products that are certified food safe, ethically sourced and environmentally better to a market wanting change. Steve is driven to keep consumers safe by reducing the risk of foodborne illness one high-quality disposable glove at a time. In 2015 Steve received the "B The Change Award for building the B Corporation movement" at the annual B Corp Conference.

Lynda

Lynda is head of Marketing and is responsible for the strategic marketing for the Eagle Group. Eagle Protect’s marketing focus is reinforcing its unique position at the intersection of Food Safety, Sustainability, and Supply Chain Transparency. Prior to Eagle, Lynda successfully founded, grew and sold her first business in 2006. Her hands-on experience in the Medical Industry provides excellent customer insight.

Mike

Mike has 35+ years in Sales, Marketing and General Management. His focus is project management including the acquiring of new business. He is a current and previous member of several commercial and not for profit boards of directors and is a member of the New Zealand Institute of Directors.

Gareth

Gareth joined Eagle in 2015 to run the New Zealand operation. He brings to Eagle a wealth of experience in banking, accountancy and corporate commercial roles. Gareth recently gained HACCP Certification in the U.S., understands the importance of food safety, and as a double field hockey Olympian. He loves being part of a high performing team.

Kyle

Kyle has over 15 years’ experience in the supply of Food Safety Personal Protective Equipment to the New Zealand Meat and Food Industry. He combines his New Zealand work with regular travel to the U.S. supporting the Eagle office there and promoting the business to the U.S. Meat Industry.

Denise

Denise joined the company just over 10 years ago and is an integral part of the Eagle Sales team. She is dedicated to providing the very best experience to our customers and will go above and beyond for them. She is the friendly voice you hear on the end of the phone and is eager to assist all when choosing the right disposable glove or clothing.

Monique

Monique has been with the Eagle team since 2011. Since then, her role within Eagle has broadened from overseeing daily financial and related administrative matters, to now managing customer accounts and Sales Support. Working closely with the Eagle Account Managers & CFO, her willingness to take on new roles makes her an adaptable team player.

Kath

Kath joined the Eagle team in 2014 from a healthcare background, and now manages several roles, including Sustainability, Quality and Compliance. Kath is also our resident B Keeper - of the B Corp variety - and is passionate about the potential for business to be a powerful force for positive social and environmental change.

Edel

Edels eagerness for working with businesses making a difference led her to join the Eagle team in 2014. She is honoured to be able to bring her passion, experience for brand management and design flair to the role she's currently in, while managing several other roles, ranging from Social Media/Marketing content planning to Sales Support.

Frances

Since her beginnings at Eagle as a Sales Manager eight years ago, Frances’ role has dramatically changed. She is now involved in managing our Product Range, specifications and requirements, whilst looking into new product opportunities and arranging product trials.

Bryn

Bryn first joined Eagle in 2016, working part-time managing and packing products for customers. During late 2018, Bryn started as a member of the Sales Support team using his background knowledge in Eagle’s vast product range. He is an enthusiastic member of the group and balances his contributions to the team with his ongoing University study.

Emma

Emma joined the Eagle team in mid 2020, having just graduated from Victoria University. Emma is excited to jump into the role of trainee logistics, learning valuable skills and experiences while doing her part to help grow the business.

Eddie

Working out of our Dunedin office, Eddie the Schnauzer, along with his owner Denise, does a lot of volunteer work with the SPCA Otago. He enjoys short walks and cuddles on the couch.
