Placed an order and need to see where it is ASAP? You now can track and trace your orders. Here's how...
When you place an order, it sits with our warehouse team until it is picked. Once picked, your order is then assigned a track and trace number with our courier company, Post Haste. An automated email is then sent to your inbox and looks like the image below. Note: the shipment email is sent to the email address you provided to Eagle to place orders. If you require this to go to an alternative email please contact us to change it.
To track your order, simply click on the link "Click here to track your order". This will then open up Post Hastes track and trace. It should look like the image below. The journey of your order will be mapped out in segments.
